الملخص

يقصد بالسمات القاسية غير العاطفية، نقص الشعور بالذنب وعدم المشاركة الوجدانية وعدم الاهتمام بشأن الأداء والاساءة للآخرين من اجل تحقيق بعض المكاسب الشخصية ويستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على ما يأتي: 1. مستوى السمات القاسية غير العاطفية لدى المراهقين، 2. مستوى الفروق في السمات القاسية غير العاطفية وفقاً لمتغير النوع (ذكور/إناث)، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث فقد تبنت الباحثة مقياس السمات القاسية غير العاطفية الذي اعده وطوره باول ج. فريك  Paul J.Frick (2004)، وقد تألف المقياس بصورته النهاية من(22) فقرة، بعد حذف فقرتين عند اجراءات بناء المقياس والذي تم تطبيقه على عينة تحليلية بلغت (400) من المراهقين بواقع (200) ذكور و(200) اناث، ومن ثم طُبق المقياس على عينة التطبيق والتي بلغت (200) من المراهقين بواقع (90) ذكور و(110) اناث من طلبة المدارس الإعدادية في محافظة بغداد وذلك عن طريق تطبيق الاستمارة الالكترونية وقد توصل البحث الى النتائج الأتية: 1. ان مستوى السمات القاسية غير العاطفية لدى المراهقين لا ترتقي لمستوى الدلالة الإحصائية. 2. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى السمات القاسية غير العاطفية وفق متغير النوع (ذكور/ اناث) ولصالح الذكور، وخرجت الباحثة بتوصيات منها:- ضرورة قيام وزارة التربية بتوجيه التربويين والعاملين في السلك التربوي الى رصد سلوك الأطفال في المدرسة والتعاون مع الاسرة في التركيز على السلوك الصادر عن أبنائهم مما يساعد على التشخيص المبكر للمشكلات السلوكية بضمنها السمات القاسية غير العاطفية.
