Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements
•     Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
•     Republishing results from previous studies or reusing published data is strictly prohibited.
•     Any quotation or text taken from other authors or sources (including websites) must be properly cited according to APA Style.
•     The journal rejects any manuscript proven to contain plagiarism or unauthorized reuse of content.
2. Publication Ethics
•     Authors must adhere to COPE and ICMJE standards of research and publication ethics.
•     Disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources is mandatory.
•     If an error or inaccuracy is discovered, authors must immediately notify the Editor-in-Chief to cooperate in correction or retraction.
•     Submitting more than one manuscript simultaneously is considered a violation of publication ethics.
3. Plagiarism Policy
•     All manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using tools such as iThenticate or Turnitin.
•     The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20% (excluding references and properly cited quotations).
•     Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be rejected or returned for correction.
4. Artificial Intelligence Policy
•     The use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to generate manuscript content or results is strictly prohibited.
•     AI may be used for auxiliary tasks (such as language editing or formatting) only if disclosed in the methodology or acknowledgments section The acceptable threshold for AI-generated content is 25% only.
•     Manuscripts identified as AI-generated will be rejected immediately.
•     The journal employs AI-detection tools to ensure originality.
5. Manuscript Submission Requirements
•     Language: Arabic or English, with proper linguistic accuracy.
•     Title: Provided in both Arabic and English.
•     Author Information: Full name in both languages, academic degree, specialization, institutional affiliation, official email, and phone number.
•     Abstracts: Two abstracts (Arabic and English), 200–500 words, written in scientific style, free of references, tables, or figures.
•     Keywords: 3–5 keywords in both languages, arranged alphabetically.
•     Structure: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusions & Recommendations, and Final Remarks.
•     In-text citation: APA Style (Author’s last name, year, page number).
•     References: Must follow APA Style.
•     Arabic References: Authors must provide a Romanized (Latin-script) version of all Arabic references to ensure indexing in international databases (Clarivate, Scopus).
•     Length: 10–25 pages (A4), excluding references.
•     Formatting:
•     Arabic: Simplified Arabic, font size 14.
•     English: Times New Roman, font size 14 (abstracts in size 12).
•     Maximum 30 lines per page, line spacing 1 cm.
•     Figures and Tables: Inserted in appropriate places within the text, with high technical quality.
•     Software: Microsoft Word only.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or PDF file format.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
