Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or PDF file format.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Aladab Journal is pleased to announce to the esteemed researchers that it publishes researches in humanitarian fields according to the following conditions:

1- The first page of the research should include:

Title of the research.
Name of Researcher, his scientific degree, qualifications, his/her scientific specialization and place of work.
Researcher's e-mail and phone number
abstracts; (Letter size 12).
Keywords.

2- Margins and references must be in (APA STYLE).

3- the Research printed by computer using Microsoft Office Word.

4- Number of research pages should not be more than 30 (Size A4)

5- The research should be free of lingual, grammatical and writing mistakes.

6- The researcher should comply with types and sizes of Fonts as follow:

Arabic: (Simplified Arabic- Font size 14)
English: (Times New Roman- Font size 16), Abstracts (Font 12). All other pages of the research shall be (Font 14).

7- Number of lines should not be more than 30 lines/page

8- The researcher shall be notified if or if not the research is fit for publishing within a period not later than 2 months from the time it reached to the Journal.

9- The researcher shall comply with the amendments the adjudicators may do on the research according to the reports sent to him. The journal shall be informed within a period not later than 60 days.

This section is dedicated to researches derived from theses and scientific dissertations, and this section is subject to all policies and controls for scientific publishing in AL-ADAB Journal, in terms of Reveiwing, plagiarism detection, and application of publishing conditions, please read and apply the conditions in the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

Authors should adhere to and guarantee and the followings:

The paper is not submitted, published nor is being considered for publication
Any work or text for other authors, contributors, or sources (including the online ones) shall be properly acknowledged and documented.
The language of the paper is double-checked for accuracy prior to submission.
The submitted works are the real and original works and intellectual property of their authors and not copied, partially or fully plagiarized from other works, without properly acknowledging the sources.
In the event of discovering a certain mistake or inadequacy in a specific issue in the submitted work, it is the responsibility of the researcher to immediately notify the Editor-in-Chief to cooperate with the Journal and withdraw the paper or correct it.
Acceptance of a CopyRights agreement prior to the submission of the paper.
Submitting the paper via the online submission procedures.
Submitting more than one paper at one time is a violation of the current code of publication ethics.

This section interested in researches in the field of linguistics and Arabic literature, All submitted researchs to This section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection and Scientific Reviewing .

Historiography

This section is concerned with researches in the field of history science. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

archeology

This section is concerned with researches in the field of archeology science. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

Geography

This section is concerned with researches in the field of Geography science. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

Sociology

This section is concerned with researches in the field of Sociology science. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

Philosophy

This section is concerned with researches in the field of philosophy science. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

Educational and psychological sciences

This section is concerned with researches in the field of Educational and psychological sciences. All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific and linguistic Reviewing.

Eastern linguistics and literature

This section is concerned with researches in the field of Eastern linguistics and literature in Persian and
Hebrew and other Languages, All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific Reviewing.

Foreign linguistics and literature

This section is concerned with researches in the field of Foreign linguistics and literature in Spanish, French, Italian and other languages, All submitted researchs to this Section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection , scientific Reviewing.

English linguistics and literature

This section interested in researches in the field of English linguistics and literature, All submitted researchs to This section will be subject to the program of plagiarism detection and Scientific Reviewing .

Copyright and Licensing:
For all articles published in Al-Adab journal, copyright is retained by the authors. Articles are licensed under an open access Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, meaning that anyone may download and read the paper for free. In addition, the article may be reused and quoted provided that the original published version is cited. These conditions allow for maximum use and exposure of the work.

Reproducing Published Material from other Publishers: It is absolutely essential that authors obtain permission to reproduce any published material (figures, schemes, tables or any extract of a text) which does not fall into the public domain, or for which they do not hold the copyright. Permission should be requested by the authors from the copyrightholder (usually the Publisher, please refer to the imprint of the individual publications to identify the copyrightholder).

Permission is required for: Your own works published by other Publishers and for which you did not retain copyright.
Substantial extracts from anyones' works or a series of works.
Use of Tables, Graphs, Charts, Schemes and Artworks if they are unaltered or slightly modified.
Photographs for which you do not hold copyright.

Permission is not required for: Reconstruction of your own table with data already published elsewhere. Please notice that in this case you must cite the source of the data in the form of either "Data from..." or "Adapted from...".
Reasonably short quotes are considered fair use and therefore do not require permission.
Graphs, Charts, Schemes and Artworks that are completely redrawn by the authors and significantly changed beyond recognition do not require permission.
Obtaining Permission

In order to avoid unnecessary delays in the publication process, you should start obtaining permissions as early as possible. If in any doubt about the copyright, apply for permission. Al-Adab Journal cannot publish material from other publications without permission.

The copyright holder may give you instructions on the form of acknowledgement to be followed; otherwise follow the style: "Reproduced with permission from [author], [book/journal title]; published by [publisher], [year].' at the end of the caption of the Table, Figure or Scheme.

Privacy Statement

The names of individuals and e-mail addresses saved in the Journal website will be used exclusively for the purposes set out by the Journal and will not be available for any other purposes or for any third part.
