    With the help of God Almighty, the Issue number (130) for the month of September of 2019 was completed, which marks the beginning of a new academic year (2019/2020), which we hope will be distinguished by its contribution like its predecessors to improve the quality of education and scientific research at the University of Baghdad. The researches are classified according to the scientific specialization of the scientific departments, and they are arranged according to the scientific titles of the researchers.

    This issue included eighteen research papers in its section on the Arabic language, and fourteen research papers in the section devoted to oriental and foreign languages. Oriental languages ​​were included in the sequence of studies participating in the section devoted to the Arabic language due to its proximity to the artistic style of writing in the Arabic language.

    The journal continues to implement its policy of raising the level of scientific sobriety and the application of quality standards, and the research participating in its subject to the program of plagiarism detection, in addition to a Peer review process by the experts in the scientific specialization.

    This issue included 26 research papers in its Arabic section and 7 researches in its English section, and this number was distinguished by the increase in participating external research, both in Arabic and English, as more than 40% of the research percentage is for Arab researchers from Qatar, the UAE, and Syria, which is what the administration pursues.     يعد النتاج العلمي المتمثل في مخرجات البحوث من أوراق علمية منشورة وكتب ورسائل علمية وبراءات اختراع الركيزة الثانية لكل مؤسسة علمية بعد التدريس، وتعد المجلات العلمية الأكاديمية أداة نشر المعارف العلمية وتجديدها وتطويرها في مختلف المجالات العلمية والهندسية والتطبيقية والصحية والإنسانية، وتتميز مجلة الآداب بتنوع محتوياتها من النتاجات العلمية بالتخصصات العلمية والإنسانية  كافة، وتسعى إدارة المجلة إلى تحقيق تصنيف عالمي متقدم واعتراف دولي بأدائها البحثي، للإسهام في إنشاء مجتمع المعرفة الذي يعكس النماء الفكري والرخاء المعيشي للمجتمع العراقي.

    إنه لمن دواعي سرورنا أن نقدم بين أيديكم العدد الختامي لهذا العام، وهو العدد (127) لشهر كانون الأول من عام (2018)، وهو مكملٌ للسلسلة الطويلة من إنجازات مجلة الآداب، وقد تم ترتيب البحوث على وفق أسماء الباحثين وتسلسلهم الأبجدي مع مراعات الرتبة العلمية في ذلك.

    ويضم هذا العدد بحوثاً جاءت من جامعات مختلفة داخل العراق وخارجه، ولم تقتصر على أساتيذ الكلية فقط، وسيتم إصدار ملحقين لهذا العدد لاستيعاب الكم الهائل من البحوث العلمية، التي تم تقويمها علمياً واختبارها من طريق برامج الاستلال الالكتروني، فضلاً عن تقويمها علمياً من المحكّمين ذوي التخصص وبالمراتب العلمية المختلفة، من اجل تحقيق الرصانة العلمية، وهو ما يدعونا إلى تقديم الأفضل في الاعداد القادمة بأذن الله.

    العمل والسعي متواصل لدخول المجلة إلى المستوعبات العالمية (Scopus)، وتم التقدم بأشواط في هذا المجال،  راجين من الله تعالى التوفيق للجميع في تقدمهم العلمي في الميادين

    كافة، ومن أجل أن نوصل رسالتنا الثقافية والعلمية، التي ما أنفكت كلية الآداب تسعى إلى إيصالها لجميع طلاب العلم والمعرفة خدمةً لوطننا العزيز ... ومن الله التوفيق.

    الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الخلق نبينا محمد (عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام وعلى آل بيته الأطهار وصحبه المنتجبين الأخيار)، أما بعد..

    العمل والسعى متواصل لدخول المجلة إلى المستوعبات العالمية (Scopus)، وتم التقدم باشواط في هذا المجال، وسيتم نقل نبأ إنجاز هذه المهمة إلى السادة القرّاء بدخول المجلة إلى المستوعبات العالمية، في الأشهر المقبلة بأذن الله.

    راجين من الله أن يوفق الجميع في تقدمهم العلمي في الميادين كافة، ومن أجل أن نوصل رسالتنا الثقافية والعلمية، التي ما أنفكت كلية الآداب أن توصلها لجميع طلاب العلم والمعرفة وخدمة وطننا العزيز ... ومن الله التوفيق.

  • Al-Adab Journal 126 Issue

    With the help of Allah, the last issue accomplished this year was No. 126/ September 2018. This issue is considered as complementary to a long series of achievements of the (Al-Adab Journal).

     

    We adopted in this issue the same subjective sequence mentioned in the previous issues. So, it comes according to the scientific divisions from one side, and the research was arranged according to their names and their alphabetical series. The scientific title is also observed.

     

    This issue included 26 researches in its Arabic division and 6 in its English. Researches were not only from the College of Arts but there are many of them from different universities from inside and outside Iraq. May Allah bless this cultural and ideological achievement and all those contributed to the success of this work in order that researchers continue their distinguished performance and their keenness for bestowal and devotion in all fields of humanitarian and scientific knowledge

     

    The journal worked seriously to make the forthcoming issues include subjective procedures that aim at scientific reform which has a great impact on scientific sobriety. This is done through subjecting the researches to electronic quotation program for scientific sobriety.  All these will lead to impressing the researchers and readers and will eventually lead to development further.

     

    We pray Allah to help all in their scientific progress in all fields and to help us forward our cultural and scientific message that the College of Arts has been always doing to all Science and Knowledge students in serving this priceless country. Success is from Allah.
