The journal has issued two supplements to this issue to accommodate the scientific researches accepted for publication in it.

    What distinguishes this issue are the arrangement of scientific researches written in Arabic and Eastern languages ​​in its first part, and researches written in English and other foreign languages ​​in the second part, because there are researches in disciplines other than linguistics and literature written in English, and hence it has its own position in the arrangement The journal also continued to work with the electronic identifier for the Published researches in this issue (DOI), which was first used from the previous issue, which, as we mentioned earlier, facilitates the citation process for published researches in the journal and increases its electronic evaluation.

    With the help of God Almighty, the Issue number (130) for the month of September of 2019 was completed, which marks the beginning of a new academic year (2019/2020), which we hope will be distinguished by its contribution like its predecessors to improve the quality of education and scientific research at the University of Baghdad. The researches are classified according to the scientific specialization of the scientific departments, and they are arranged according to the scientific titles of the researchers.

    This issue included eighteen research papers in its section on the Arabic language, and fourteen research papers in the section devoted to oriental and foreign languages. Oriental languages ​​were included in the sequence of studies participating in the section devoted to the Arabic language due to its proximity to the artistic style of writing in the Arabic language.

    The journal continues to implement its policy of raising the level of scientific sobriety and the application of quality standards, and the research participating in its subject to the program of plagiarism detection, in addition to a Peer review process by the experts in the scientific specialization.

     During its past decades, up to the present time, the College of Arts has ceased to seek to communicate its intellectual, literary and cultural message to students of knowledge, and to achieve social awareness to break the idolatry of thinking, and to elevate that awareness to evolutionary and integrative stations.

    With the help of God Almighty, this issue was completed (Issue 129 for the month of June) of the year 2019, and this issue comes after the end of the academic year (2018/2019). We have approached in this issue the same objective and methodological sequence that was mentioned in the previous issues, and it came according to the sections On the one hand, the research was arranged according to the names of the researchers and their alphabetical sequence, taking into account the scientific title in that.

    This issue included 26 research papers in its Arabic section and 7 researches in its English section, and this number was distinguished by the increase in participating external research, both in Arabic and English, as more than 40% of the research percentage is for Arab researchers from Qatar, the UAE, and Syria, which is what the administration pursues. The Journal aims to increase research cooperation between Iraqi and Arab researchers in the service of scientific research, and may God bless this cultural and intellectual achievement and all those who contributed to the success of this work, and for researchers to continue their distinguished performance and their eagerness to give and give in various fields of human and scientific knowledge.

    In the previous and subsequent issues, the journal has been striving for the research to be subject to some procedures that affect the issue of scientific evaluation because of its effect on the process of scientific sobriety, by subjecting research to the electronic plagiarism program for the sake of scientific sobriety, all of this so that it attains the admiration of researchers and readers and we rise to What is better with the help of God Almighty.

    With the help of Allah, the last issue accomplished this year was No. 126/ September 2018. This issue is considered as complementary to a long series of achievements of the (Al-Adab Journal).

     

    We adopted in this issue the same subjective sequence mentioned in the previous issues. So, it comes according to the scientific divisions from one side, and the research was arranged according to their names and their alphabetical series. The scientific title is also observed.

     

    This issue included 26 researches in its Arabic division and 6 in its English. Researches were not only from the College of Arts but there are many of them from different universities from inside and outside Iraq. May Allah bless this cultural and ideological achievement and all those contributed to the success of this work in order that researchers continue their distinguished performance and their keenness for bestowal and devotion in all fields of humanitarian and scientific knowledge

     

    The journal worked seriously to make the forthcoming issues include subjective procedures that aim at scientific reform which has a great impact on scientific sobriety. This is done through subjecting the researches to electronic quotation program for scientific sobriety.  All these will lead to impressing the researchers and readers and will eventually lead to development further.

    عدد خاص ببحوث المؤتمر العلمي الاول لقسم اللغة العربية  المنعقد بتاريخ 30 / 3 / 2016

    الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الصادق الأمين وآله الطيبين الطاهرين.

    الحمد لله الذي أنعم علينا ببركات شهر رمضان وخيراته, فمكننا في أيامه المباركة من إنجاز نشر بحوث الباحثين والتدريسيين على صفحات العدد (116) وملحقه، لاستيعاب أكبر قدر من الدراسات في مختلف التخصصات العلمية وها نحن نلحق به العدد (117)، وهو عدد خاص بأبحاث المؤتمر العلمي الأول لقسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب، الذي عقد بتاريخ 30/3/2016.

    وقد تنوعت أبحاث هذا العدد بين الدراسات الأدبية واللغوية، لجمع من الباحثين الفضلاء الموزعين على عدد من جامعاتنا العراقية العريقة، وهم يؤكدون روح التلاقي الثقافي والتواصل العلمي والمعرفي، لنهضة معرفية، يبقي الفكر العراقي جديراً بها.

    ونحن إذ نعبر عن سرورنا بما انجزه الباحثون، يسرنا الوفاء بالتزامنا لهم، لنشر أبحاثهم بعدد خاص من مجلة الآداب التي نحرص على ان تكون سبّاقة، لاحتضان مثل هذه الجهود العلمية ونشرها انسجاماً مع اهداف رسالتها في إدامة التفاعل الثقافي والحضاري واشاعة روح البحث العلمي على وفق منهج اكاديمي رصين سليم.

    امنياتنا للجميع بدوام التوفيق والسداد في العمل والقول على طريق الفعل المتحقق لمنجز علمي ومعرفي لائق بفكرنا ونهضتنا ووعينا.
