Scientific research is the hope of peoples in order to achieve comfort and prosperity in all its forms, and through research there are solutions to the various problems and obstacles facing peoples, and we find that the presence and progress of nations is measured by the extent of interest in scientific research,

The journal management aims to benefit from the experiences of professors and researchers to supplement the scientific research level in its various human dimensions and its relationship with the natural and social sciences. It is not achieved until the continuous hard work, diligence and ambition supported by evacuated scientists, professors and researchers participating in their scientific research in the journal.

We present to our dear readers the final issue of the year (2019), which is the number (131) for the month of December. We have approached in this issue the same objective and methodological sequence that was mentioned in the previous issues, and it came according to the scientific sections on the one hand, and the research was arranged according to the names of researchers And their alphabetical sequence, taking into account the scientific title in it.

This issue includes research that came from different universities inside and outside Iraq, and two Supplements to this Issue will be issued to accommodate the vast amount of scientific research, which has been scientifically evaluated, as well as scientifically evaluated (electronically) from arbitrators with specialization and different scientific ranks. For the sake of achieving scientific sobriety, and in this context the electronic serial number (E-ISSN) was obtained, which invites us to present the best in the upcoming issues, God willing.

We ask God to grant success to everyone in their scientific progress in all fields, and in order to deliver our cultural and scientific message that the College of Arts has not managed to deliver to all students of knowledge and knowledge and in service to this dear country ...
