الدبلوماسية السوفييتية تجاه بولندا ودول البلطيق اثناء الحرب الاهلية الروسية (1918-1920)

عندما نجحت الثورة الاشتراكية في روسيا، تأثرت الدول الراسمالية، فاتفقت على وأد الثورة، واعادة روسيا الى سابق عهدها، ودعمت المعارضة الروسية ، فضلاً عن تدخلها في الحرب الاهلية، ودفعت دول الوفاق والولايات المتحدة الامريكية دول البلطيق وبولندا باعلان الاستقلال عن روسيا السوفييتية، لكن الدبلوماسية السوفييتية حاولت بكل الطرق تجاوز الحروب مع دول الجوار، على الرغم من حصول الكثير منها، لاسيما في بولندا، وقد نجحت في حل المشاكل بالطرق الدبلوماسية السلمية، وعقدت المعاهدات مع هذه الدول على اساس التعايش السلمي ، مما كان عاملا مهما في وضع حد لتدخل الدول الغربية في الشؤون الداخلية الروسية.
