نظراً للتقدم التقني والتكنولوجي الذي اصبح في الوقت الحالي سبباَ رئيس في تغيير انماط العيش والتفاعل مع الفضاءات الداخلية مما ادى الى تطور مقاييس العيش نحو الافضل ومع وضوح دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وكثرة العمل عليها ساعدت في التغلب على العديد من المصاعب فبالتالي ينغي السرعة في العمل لمواكبة هذا الكم الهائل من التطور والانفتاح المعلوماتي وتحديد كيفية الاستفادة منها وتوجيهها بما يفيد الفضاءات الداخلية والمستخدمين لهذه الفضاءات كذلك لتسهيل عمل المصمم على هذه الفضاءات

لا يطلب الإذن في الحالات التالية:
