The effectiveness of using blended learning from the viewpoint of students of University of Sharjah in the light of the university’s policies and strategies

Abstract

This study aims to know the effectiveness of the application of integrated education at the University of Sharjah from the viewpoint of students of the University of Sharjah, by focusing on five axes: measuring the availability of mechanisms for integrated education, and the effectiveness of these mechanisms to achieve educational goals, and the extent of the educational level of students affected by the use of this The type of education, the obstacles to using the integrated education at the university, and finally the vision and aspirations of the study sample towards the integrated education. The questionnaire was used for the purpose of the study and the sample included 200 students from the University of Sharjah.
The results have shown that there is a high agreement among students on the importance of this type of education versus traditional education and the use of integrated learning mechanisms represented in "computers, providing an electronic course, projectors, video", and with regard to the effectiveness of these mechanisms it is clear that there is agreement High among students, and this confirms that their academic achievement has been positively affected, as 64% of their educational rate has increased after using combined education. As for the obstacles, they are graduated and are represented in “low awareness of integrated education, sudden breakdowns in the internet, insufficient time for discussions, student ignorance.” Deal with techniques Learning skills and different ", embodied visions and aspirations in the sample's desire to develop this type of education at the expense of traditional education by making educational classes so equipped, as well as teachers and the work of quarterly training sessions for them to use the skills of built-learning techniques
