The Power of Positive No and its Relationship to Social Intelligence among Married Working Women

The current research targeted the strength of positive rejection and its relationship to social intelligence among female employees. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and to achieve this, including constructing a measure of the strength of positive rejection, which consists of (28) items, and a measure of social intelligence, consisting of (38) items, and the study sample consisted of (350) female employees in Baghdad Governorate. Psychometric characteristics were extracted, and the results of the research reached an interpretation of the existence of a close relationship between social intelligence and the strength of positive rejection, to a positive direct relationship between the strength of positive rejection and social intelligence. This study included a set of recommendations and proposals that the researcher believes are Its mission is to provide and design guidance programs in educational institutions and spread awareness programs within educational institutions.
