Water harvesting is one of the modern methods of storing Water and Utilizing it during dry seasons, especially in dry and semi-dry area. The study aimed to know the Possibility of investing in the flood water of some Valleys extending between the districts of Hit and Haditha in Anber Governorate, western Iraq represented by the Valleys (Hauran, Haqlan, Zaghdan, Sakran). The efficiency of Collecting Vain water was determined and, in addition to the flow rate resulting from rainfall, and the Possibility of Collecting water resulting from floods was determined and methods of harvesting it were determined by establishing special basing or Collecting within Valleys, and by applying the equation of the efficiency of Collecting rain- Water, which reached (1-2), which indicates the efficiency of Collecting and harvesting water.
