The Impact of Job titles for Workers in the School Sector on the Prevention and Reduction of Criminal Behavior in Schools in the Emirate of Sharjah

This research aimed to identify the impact of the job title of workers in the school sector in the prevention and reduction of criminal behavior, and the study community was represented in workers in the school sector in both government schools and private schools within the borders of the Emirate of Sharjah, and the study sample consists of 300 workers in the school sector and the choice fell on the type of intentional sample, and the jobs vary for workers, as the sample consists of 150 teachers and schools of Arab nationalities and 150 of the Administrative Committee in Schools : administrative supervisor for students, social worker for students, director of student affairs and heads of educational departments. The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the results of the research found that the job title of school workers has a clear impact on the prevention of criminal behavior of students. Academic and administrative counselors have been found to be the most influential in this area, indicating the need to strengthen their role, provide them with the necessary support, and enable teachers to play a greater role in reducing criminal behaviors within the school environment.
