The study aimed to identify the role of social media in juvenile delinquency from the point of view of social counselors. To achieve this goal, a social survey application was applied, consisting of 21 paragraphs. The questionnaire was applied to 40 social counselors in the Emirate of Dubai. The results of the study revealed that there is an average degree in what is required to use social media with juvenile delinquents, at a rate of 69.2%. The impact of social media on juvenile delinquency movement was also high at a rate of 70%. Juvenile delinquency was also determined from the point of view of the sample at a rate of 71.6%, which is a high rate. The results of the study revealed that patterns of using social media sites, such as habits, influence, and the number and quality of content, influence juvenile delinquency at a rate of 38%, and social media sites on delinquent movement at a rate of 61%.
