This analytical study focuses on the values included in the television programme "kalbi Atameen", which was broadcast on the satellite channel "Abu Dhabi" for the third consecutive season. The programme is considered as one of the charitable television programmes and through this study, we have tried to highlight the values and behaviours it reinforces within the Arab community, by analysing all the episodes broadcasted during the third season, estimated at (30) episodes, using the method of quantitative and qualitative content analysis. The "kalbi Etameen" programme is one of the programmes that gained high visibility during the month of Ramadan in the Arab world, as it became very popular on different social media sites as well as on traditional media. The idea of the programme is based on mobility between Arab countries and assistance to different marginalized groups suffering from poverty, unemployment, illness, political asylum and other social problems. Through this study, we will try to identify the most important positive values that the programme has contributed to reinforce among members of the Arab community, and to discover the most apparent and hidden objectives of the media message it provides in the shadow of the political, social and economic conditions that the Arab community is experiencing.
