الترفيه في المجتمع الإماراتي
الأبعاد الدينية والاجتماعية خلال النصف الثاني من القرن 20 م

يمثل التراث الشعبي جانبا كبيرا من جوانبِ الهويَّة، كما تعدُّ موروثات الشعوب أساسًا يقوم عليه جوهر الحضارات الإنسانيَّة، تأسست دولة الإمارات العربيَّة المتحدة عام 1971م، ولم تحظ الحياة قبل تأسيس الإمارات بالتأريخ الكافي، لاسيَّما فيما يتعلَّق بالموروث الشعبي من الأدب والفنون والألعاب المختلفة التي مثَّلت جانب الترفيه لدى المجتمع الإماراتي، وأصبح ما لدينا هو ما تناقلته الذاكرة، وما توارثته الأجيال، الذي لابد أن يحظى بتسليط الضوء عليه لبيان طبيعته وأبعاده ونتائجه، وهو ما سوف يسهم ولو باليسير في فتح نافذة للوصول إلى الماضي من خلالِ البحث في تلك الموروثات وربطها بعملية التحول من مجتمع الغوص للبحث عن اللؤلؤ إلى دولة الإمارات العربيَّة المتحدة؛ إذ يمثِّل الترفيه ركنًا من أركانِ الحياة لدى المجتمعات في العصر الحديث، فلا ريب أنَّه كان كذلك فيما مضى، فالطبيعة الإنسانية على تمايزها مشتركة في العديد من الاحتياجات الفطرية الثابتة؛ وذلك فضلًا عن تلك العلاقة الوثيقة بين التاريخ و مجموعة العلوم التي تداخلت معه ليتجلى جانبٌ تاريخيّ، واجتماعيّ، وإنساني، وأدبيّ، مكونةً ما يعرفه الإنسان باسم الحضارة، وتأسيسًا على ذلك، يمكن القول إن مجتمع الإمارات قبل تأسيس الاتحاد قد حَظِيَ بالعديد من أنواع الترفيه التي شكَّلت جانبًا كبيرًا من شخصيَّة المواطن في الإمارات بعد التأسيس، كما أنَّ معرفة المجتمع للترفيه لم تكن سطحيَّةً كما هو حاصل بالفعل نتيجة التكنولوجيا؛ وإنَّما كان للترفيه فلسفته سواء باختلاف المرحلة العمرية أو ذلك الترفيه القائم على اختلاف النوع أو في مضمون الترفيه الذي كان مستمدًّا من طبيعة البيئات المختلفة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، فالترفيه في المجتمع الإماراتي تأثَّر بأبعاد نفسية، وبيئية، وسياسيَّة؛ وقد أسهمت رحلات الغوَّاصين في اجتلاب العديد من مظاهر الترفيه التي بقيت مع المجتمع الإماراتي حتَّى بعد تأسيس الاتحاد.
