الملخص

طرأت تطورات مهمه على السياسة الدولية اثر انتهاء الحرب العالمية الثانية عام 1945، تمثلت بظهور الصراع بين الدول المنتصرة فيها بصوره واضحه، وبدأت هذه الدول تنقسم الى معسكرين اشتراكي بقيادة الاتحاد السوفيتي ودول اوربا الشرقية، والمعسكر الرأسمالي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحليفتها بريطانيا ودول اوربا الغربية الاخرى ، وهكذا بدأت الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا تسعيان الى تشكيل جبهه قويه في الشرق الاوسط ضد الاتحاد السوفيتي، لاسيما بعد تعاظم الخطر الشيوعي على الغرب وانظمته ، وبما ان الدول التي تتقاسم كردستان (العراق ، وايران ، وتركيا ، وسوريا) كانت تشكل الجزء المهم في المنطقة، فقد توجهت الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا اليها من اجل انجاح مشاريعها لتضييق الخناق على الاتحاد السوفيتي وحلفائه، اما هذه الدول التي تتقاسم كردستان فقد رأت في اي تحالف في المنطقة تشارك فيه الدول الكبرى الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا، فرصه جيده لتوحيد صفوفها ونبذ خلافاتها والتصدي للخطر الاكبر الذي يهددها وهي القضية الكردية، وهكذا وعلى الرغم من كل الخلافات التي كانت تتميز بها علاقاتها فإنها لم تكن تتردد في الدخول في اي تحالف يضمن تحجيم الحركة القومية الكردية وقمعها، وتأتي اهمية الموضوع من خلال القائه الضوء على نشاطات ذلك الحلف الاستعماري الذي كان يرصد الحركة القومية الكردية التحررية في الدول التي كانت وما تزال تتقاسم كردستان، وعلى الرغم من تعذر الوصول الى جميع الوثائق التي تتعلق بالموضوع ، الا ان الباحث لم يأل جهداً في كتابه هذا البحث القيم ، واخراجه بالصورة التي هي عليها.
