The quality of university libraries' websites in knowledge management from the researchers' point of view

The study aims to identify the Arab and international standards adopted in the quality of university library websites and to clarify the reality and requirements of digital information services provided on those websites to their beneficiaries, and to determine the basic requirements of the needs of beneficiaries of university library websites and their reflection on knowledge management. The analytical survey method was used to survey the sites of the central and branch libraries of the formations of the Middle Technical University (study sample) (the central library of the Middle Technical University, libraries of the formations of the Middle Technical University that have an actual representation of the library site). The study also reached a number of results, the most important of which were: There is interest in the awareness aspect in using Arab and international standards for the quality of content available on university library websites, which reflects the attractiveness of beneficiaries in accessing and using the websites, and the availability of digital information services on library websites makes it much easier for researchers to obtain the required information, so digital information services on university library websites must be diversified. The study has made several recommendations, perhaps the most important of which are: the necessity of providing digital information services and their diversity on university library websites, which reflects the position of university libraries among other websites on the one hand, and standing on meeting the needs of researchers on the other hand, and university library websites must pay increasing attention to the quality of the info graphic design of the website structure and the presentation of services, which affects the attraction of actual users to the library website.
