The revolution that took place in the twentieth century represented by the communications and information revolution that the world witnessed is a qualitative developmental shift that is never less important than the industrial revolution. Significantly, which gave it a description of the revolution of the digital economyThe current research is entitled "Digital Shifts and their Role in Economic Development for Young People: A Fieldwork Social Study of Baghdad City". It addresses the relationship between digital shift and economic development for young people through investing human capitals via training and skills development. The study has two main components; theoretical and practical.
