The concept of development has become one of the concepts that occupy a large space in the minds of researchers and scholars at the present time, and this interest is an embodiment of the great focus by governments regarding the achievement of comprehensive development aspects (socio-economic-political, etc.), this is in addition to creating global indicators.
Agreed upon to measure the extent to which the desired development goals are achieved, and to study their implications and results.
