Abstract

The books of geographical trips are considered one of the most important works in Islamic history, but they are the mainstay of those works, because of the abundant scientific material they contain in describing countries, their cities, customs and traditions. Most primary sources and secondary references have relied on them for mentioning and describing countries, with regard to the topic of research, which is geographical trips to the countries of India and China in the fourth century AH, a number of travelers emerged in that century, including those who traveled to the countries of India and China, and some of them described these two countries. Detailed in terms of their translations, methodology, and trips to the countries of India and China. The topic is of great importance. It highlights the most important trips to the countries of India and China in that century.
