الملخص

يرمي البحث الى تقويم أداء مدرسي الفلسفة وعلم النفس للمرحلة الإعدادية على وفق كفايات المدرس الفعال ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث أعدّ الباحث استمارة ملاحظة تحتوي على (30) كفاية موزعة على (3) مجالات ، وقد تم التأكد من صدق أداة البحث وثباتها، حيث طبقت هذه الأداة على عينة البحث المكونة من (109) مدرس ومدرسة، واستعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لإتمام بحثه، وأظهرت النتائج ان مستوى توافر كفايات المدرس الفعال عند مدرسي الفلسفة وعلم النفس كان متحققاً بدرجة جيدة.
