الملخص

من المؤكد أن شبه الجزيرة الإيبيرية قد تميزت واشتهرت بسواحلها الطويلة على البحر المتوسط والمحيط الأطلسي ومن جهاتها الثلاث شرقًا وجنوبًا وغربًا، وهذا الموقع المتميز جعلها في خطر دائم وهجمات بحرية وبأوقات مختلفة. ولم يغفل هذه المخاطر المتوقعة كل من حكم شبه الجزيرة الإيبيرية سواء قبل الفتح الإسلامي أم بعده، والدليل على ذلك انتشار القواعد البحرية الكثيرة في طرطوشة ودانية وإشبيلية وطركونة والجزيرة الخضراء وبَجَّانة، وغيرها من المدن الساحلية، لذلك اعتمد المسلمون بعد فتحهم لشبه الجزيرة الإيبيرية على هذه القواعد ودور الصناعة القديمة.

 وطالما يكون الإيمان بالعقل - لكون القوة الدافعة للبناء والارتقاء بالعلم - سبيلاً لما يكون من اللازم تفعيل كل المستلزمات المادية والاعتبارية ، وتنشيطاً ، لتحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال الاسترشاد بالأحداث التي مرت بها مدينة بَجَّانة ، واستشراف الأحداث السياسية لها، لكون المعمول سياسيا هي الحروب والاستطرادات السلطوية ، ومن هذه المقدَّمة الفلسفية التبريرية لأحداث بَجَّانة، نسعى في بيان نوعية السياسة التي انتهجها الأمراء في تذويب تاريخ بَجَّانة سياسياً من خلال تكميم مجتمعها الذي كان أصلاً مطالبا بالحكم الذاتي والاستقلال عن قرطبة.
