الملخص

يستهدف البحث التعرف بـ:

  1. مستوى الإسناد الاجتماعي لدى المرشدين التربويين.
  2. مستوى الاستقرار المهني لدى المرشدين التربويين.
  3. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإسناد الاجتماعي والاستقرار المهني لدى المرشدين التربويين.

   يتحدد البحث الحالي بالمرشدين التربويين من الذكور والإناث في ثلاث مديريات عامة لتربية محافظة بغداد (الرصافة الاولى والرصافة الثانية والرصافة الثالثة) للعام الدراسي (2017-2018) وبعد تطبيق المقاييس على افراد العينة وإجراء التفريغ للبيانات والتعامل معها احصائيا اظهرت النتائج ما يأتي, إن أفراد عينة البحث يتمتعون بالإسناد الاجتماعي, كما اظهرت ايضا أن أفراد عينة البحث لا يتمتعون بالاستقرار المهني، كما أظهرت النتائج انه لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الإسناد الاجتماعي والاستقرار المهني للعينة وفي نهاية البحث اوصى على مديريات التربية ان تشبع بيئة العمل وحاجات الافراد العاملين داخل المدرسة واقترح اجراء دراسة على مدراء المدارس لنفس المفاهيم.
