الفاعلية، التدريبالملخص
هَدَفَ البحث إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية دورات المدير المطور في محافظة بابل من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس.
ولغرض التحقق من هَدَف البحث تم صياغة السؤالين الآتيين:
- ما مدى فاعلية دورات المدير المطور في محافظة بابل من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس؟
- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين إجابات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس؟
وللإجابة عن هذين السؤالين أُتُبِعَ المنهج الوصفي لأنه يحقق هَدَف البحث، إذ وُجِهَت استبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة على عينة من إدارات المدارس الحكومية في مركز محافظة بابل -اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية -بلغت (100) إدارة مدرسية بواقع (54) مديراً و(46) مديرةً.
وقد توصل البحث إلى:
- إن مدى فاعلية دورات المدير المطور في محافظة بابل من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس كان (متوسطاً).
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين إجابات أفراد العينة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس.
