الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الصادق الأمين واله الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبه الغر الميامين وبعد.. 

فهذا هو العدد الثاني عشر بعد المئة نضعه بين ايدي الباحثين والدارسين , وهو يحوي اضمامة جديدة من أبحاثهم ودراساتهم المعبرة عن جهد علمي نعتز به ونسعى للتواصل بنشر المزيد منه على صفحات مجلتنا , التي يمم الباحثون والدارسون وجهتهم نحوها,  لتكون خيارهم المفضل في احتضان هذا الجهد المبارك , وأي عطاء علمي ينال استحقاقه في النشر بهذه المجلة , التي نعمل جاهدين على دوام تألقها وتميز حضورها بهذا التنوع الإبداعي الذي تحتويه , وهي تحتضن افكارا" ورؤى وطروحات , اجتهد مبدعوها فيها ليعبروا عن اقتدارهم وتمكنهم وتميز عطائهم الذي نريد له ان يكون مميزا بعمقه العلمي ونضجه الفكري , وبمستوى لائق من أداء لغوي سليم الأسلوب , وصحيح التركيب , وواضح العبارة , لان الباحث حين يعبر عن رأيه ويكتب فكرته بلغة سليمة وصحيحة , يفصح عن تمكنه وتميزه مهما تنوع تخصصه العلمي , فالأداء اللغوي السليم هو المفصح عن أبداع مميز في أي موضوع من الموضوعات أنها تأكيد دعوة للباحثين الكرام – وهم غير غافلين عن ذلك – أن تكون لغتهم معبرة عن جمال أدائهم العلمي وعطائهم الفكري , ليكون المنجز متألقا" بحسنه وروعة مضمونه
