الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الصادق الأمين واله الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبه الغر الميامين وبعد.. 

قال تبارك  وتعالى (  فأما الزبد فيذهب جفاء واما ما ينفع الناس فيمكث  في  الارض   )

لقد وفقنا الله عز وجل لنصل بهذه المجلة الى العدد الثالث عشر بعد المئة , وهو عدد تأتلق فيه ابحاث منوعة بعلومها ومعارفها وموضوعاتها ,بما تكتنزه من افكار ورؤى ونظرات ، تعبر عن منجز علمي وفكري ،يعكس توجهات مبدعيه ، الذين يسرنا ان تتزين صفحات مجلتنا بأبداعهم ،ونطمح– دائما – الى استيعاب اكبر عدد ممكن من ابحاثهم، التي نجدد قولنا وتأكيدنا ،بضرورة الارتقاء بها ،بما تحتوي من طروحات علمية صائبة ، ناضجة ، وعبر صياغة لغوية سليمة، متقنة ،لان كتابة البحث العلمي، بلغة عربية صحيحة ، فصيحة ، وبأداء اسلوبي متقن ،تبقى لها اهميتها القصوى وتعد ركنا جوهريا ،مهما في جودة البحث وضمان سلامته ،ليكون جديرا بالنشر في المجلة ، ويأخذ استحقاقه في المنافسة ،كي يشغل حيزه في صفحاتها ، ولذا نرى ضرورة تذكير الاخوة الباحثين الفضلاء ،بإيلاء هذا الامر المهم ،ما يستحق من اهتمام وعناية ، تليق بالمنزلة السامية للغتنا العربية ،التي شرفها الله جل شأنه وتباهى بها رسوله الكريم ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم )
