This research aims to identify the impact of the educational level on the perception of the effectiveness of the comprehensive care home in the Emirate of Sharjah in reducing the social impacts on children (juveniles) in the UAE society. This research addresses the impact of the educational level on individuals' understanding of the efficiency of the care home in addressing the social problems facing juvenile children. This applied study represents an important step in understanding the dynamics of social perception, as questionnaires were distributed to a diverse sample that included 559 participants from the residents of the Emirate of Sharjah, citizens and residents of different nationalities, with the aim of collecting comprehensive data on the opinions and perceptions of the local community regarding the effectiveness of the comprehensive care home services. The expected results of this study will contribute to providing important insights that can be used to improve care strategies and social interventions. It will also help in identifying the gaps and challenges facing care homes, which provides an opportunity to develop targeted educational and social programs that enhance the quality of life for juvenile children and support efforts to reduce negative social impacts in the UAE society. The study highlights the importance of education as an influential factor in shaping social awareness and understanding, which enhances the integration of community efforts towards achieving sustainable social development goals.
