الملخص

يعد النشاط الاقتصادي عصب الحياة وأساس قيام الدول واستمرارها، فهو الموجه الرئيسي لها، ومن خلاله تقاس مكانتها ، ونظرا للدور المهم الذي لعبه هذا الجانب في نشأة وتطور موانئ المغرب الأوسط،  جاءت هذه الدراسة الموسومة أثر العلاقات التجارية في ازدهار النشاط الاقتصادي لموانئ المغرب الأوسط خلال المدة (ق 5-7هـ/11-13م)، والتي تتضمن  مبحثين ، تناول المبحث الأول منها العلاقات التجارية مع بلدان العالم الاسلامي، إضافة الى الحديث عن أهم السلع والبضائع المتبادلة بين موانئ المغرب الأوسط والبلدان الاسلامية، أما المبحث الثاني تناول الحديث عن العلاقات التجارية مع البلدان الاوربية.

وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في ان التبادل التجاري ساهم إسهاماً كبيرا في نشأة النشاط الاقتصادي في موانئ المغرب الأوسط، والذي انعكس بدوره على عامة الناس ام على صعيد الدول القائمة جراء حصولها على الاموال من خلال فرض الرسوم والضرائب على السلع والبضائع، وجميع الاعمال التجارية الاخرى التي تجري على ارض الميناء، الامر الذي أدى ظهور التجمعات السكانية وقيام مدن تجارية مليئة بالسلع المستوردة، فضلا عما تزخر به من منتجات زراعية وصناعات محلية ومعادن. لهذا اصبحت مقصدا للتجار من كل مكان، سواء أكانوا مسلمين أم غير مسلمين، كتجار الاندلس ومصر والشام والعراق والجزيرة واليمن والهند، فضلا عن دول شمال البحر المتوسط من بلدان اوربا.
