Abstract

The negative repercussions of the rentier economy are not limited to the political and economic aspects, but rather to extremely dangerous social repercussions represented in poverty, unemployment and development, and these negative repercussions have a great impact on the sovereignty and independence of Iraq, which is reflected negatively on the weakness of Iraq, which leads to many social problems such as the spread of violence, terrorism and an increase Drug abuse, reluctance to marry, family disintegration, and the spread of serious social ills such as theft and begging.
