الملخص

تمثل دراسة المتاحف واحدة من اهم الدراسات النوعية التي يتناولها العديد من الباحثين في المجتمعات، ولقد هدفت دراستنا الى قياس جودة الخدمات المتحفية الافتراضية من وجهة النظر الزوار للمتاحف افتراضيا ، وبيان مدى تاثير ذلك على الرضا العام لهم، ولهذا الغرض تبنت الدراسة مجموعه من الابعاد لقياس جودة المتاحف افتراضيا وهي: واجهة الموقع الإلكتروني، التفاعل، الاعتمادية، الخصوصية، الأمان، الفاعلية، ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻁﻑ، الاستجابة، واستخدمت الدراسة لقياس ذلك اسلوب الاستمارة ، والتي وزعت على زوار المتحف افتراضيا عبر تحويل الاستمارة الى رابط لهذا الغرض، وبلغ مجموع العينة الداخلة في الدراسة (375) زائر لمجموعه من المتاحف العاملة في امارة الشارقة ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان جودة الخدمات المتحفية المطبقة الكترونيا تؤثر بشكل متفاوت في رضا الزوار، فضلا عن الدور الذي تلعبه ثقة الزوار بالتكنولوجيا المطبقة في المتاحف والخاصة بالمنصات الافتراضية المرفوع عليها برامج ومحتويات المتحف.
