The research deals with the effect of television on a person, and it is one of the important issues in the current era, because television has positive and negative effect on the person that necessitated research in it. The research focuses on two figures from France, whose ideas are among the most important ideas put forward in this field: Pierre Bourdieu and Regis duper. And he makes a comparison between their ideas, through adopting the comparative approach, to know the areas of convergence and divergence between them.
