علاقة سلوك المساعدة بأساليب المزاج لدى طلبة الجامعة

الملخص

استهدف البحث تعرف علاقة سلوك المساعدة بأساليب المزاج, طبق البحث على عينة من طلبة الجامعة المستنصرية بلغ عددها 376 طالبا وطالبة بأستعمال مقياس سلوك المساعدة الذي بني لأغراض البحث الحالي ومقياس كيرسي (1978) لقياس اساليب المزاج, وتم التأكد من صلاحية المقياسين وايجاد صدقهما وثباتهما. وتوصل البحث في نتائجه أن مستوى سلوك المساعدة لدى الطلبة مرتفعا، وكان لدى الطلاب الذكور اعلى منه لدى الطالبات الاناث. وتوصل ايضا الى وجود نسبة مرتفعة من الطلبة الانبساطيين مقارنة بالطلبة الانطوائيين, وأظهرت النتائج أن نسبة الطلبة الحسيين كان أعلى مقارنة بالطلبة الحدسيين, وأن نسبة الطلبة التفكيريين أعلى مقارنة بالطلبة الشعوريين, وأن  نسبة الطلبة الادراكيين أعلى مقارنة بالطلبة ذوي اعطاء الحكم. وكانت العلاقة دالة احصائية بين سلوك المساعدة وبعدي الانبساط والانطواء, وغير دالة احصائية مع ابعاد اساليب المزاج الاخرى. واظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في علاقة سلوك المساعدة بأسلوبي المزاج  (الانبساط والانطواء) اذ كان الطلاب اكثر انبساطا من الطالبات الاناث وكانوا اقل انطوائية منهن. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين الطلاب والطالبات في علاقة سلوك المساعدة بأسلوبي التفكير واعطاء الحكم, إذ كانت العلاقة لدى الطلاب اعلى مما هي عليه لدى الطالبات, في حين اظهرت النتائج ان العلاقة بين سلوك المساعدة واعطاء الحكم أعلى لدى الطالبات مما هي عليه لدى الطلاب. ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق في العلاقة بين سلوك المساعدة واساليب المزاج الاخرى.
