الملخص

أستهدفت الدراسة  تعرف ما يأتي:

  1. فاعلية الذات التدريسية لدى أساتذة كلية التربية الأساسية.
  2. الفروق في فاعلية الذات التدريسية على وفق متغير النوع (ذكور–أناث)

ويتحدد مجتمع البحث الحالي بأساتذة كلية التربية الأساسية في الجامعة المستنصرية ومن كلا الجنسين و للعام الدراسي   (2017-2018) وقد بلغ عدد العينة (200) تدريسي وتدريسية  وقد قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس فاعلية الذات التدريسية واستخرجت له الخصائص الاحصائية  وقد اظهرت النتائج الى ان تدريسيي كلية التربية الأساسية  لديهم فاعلية ذات تدريسية. وتوجد فروق بين الذكور والاناث في فاعلية الذات التدريسية ولمصلحة الذكور. وبناء على نتائج البحث فقد وضعت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات.
