الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الصادق الأمين واله الطيبين الطاهرين وصحبه الغر الميامين وبعد.. 

هذا هو العدد الرابع عشر بعد المائة من اعداد مجلتنا  وبه نديم التواصل مع الاحبة الباحثين ممن قصدوا المجلة لتكون منبرهم المفضل لنشر ابحاثهم  ولا شك في ان هذا الاقبال المتزايد محط اعتزازنا وتقديرنا وننظر اليه بما يستحق من اهتمام وعناية كي نلبي رغبات الاخوة الباحثين ونشاركهم سرورهم وفرحهم في رؤية ابحاثهم تشغل مواقعها في صفحات هذه المجلة ولكننا في الوقت الذي نشعر فيه بسعادة  غامرة لمثل هذا الامر لابد من ان نشير الى ما يتصل بواقع النشر في المجلة وطبيعة الاجراءات التي نحرص على الالتزام بها وما وضعت من ضوابط يهمنا كثيرا التقيد بها ومنها حجم البحث بعدد صفحاته وترتيب هوامشه ومصادره مع تذكير الباحثين الاكارم بضرورة الاختيار الملائم لموضوع البحث ليكون لائقا للنشر بهذه المجلة مستحقا  للتنافس مع غيره من البحوث وجوهر استحقاقه في النشر دقة لغته وسلامتها وفصاحتها وهذا شرط نقف عنده مطولا ولن نتساهل في نشر بحث يفتقد اليه لان اللغة هي اداة الباحث فيما يفكر ويقول ويكتب وعليه ان يجعلها جميله راقية سليمة فصيحة ليقدم بأدائها المتقن افكاره جلية واضحة كي تأخذ طريقها لإعجاب المتلقي وفهمه ومنفعته
