Abstract

It emerged  idea of ​​establishing an alliance of anti comintern in October 1935, and that are able to connect Japan and Germany in a defensive alliance directed against the Soviet Union, and Von Ribbentrop, the German Ambassador  and Colonel  Hiroshi Oshima  the Japanese military attaché in Berlin, to prepare for such an alliance, which was hoped to take place in late 1935, but delayed for another year, On November25, 1936 Von Ribbentrop Office, was the signing  the Pact of the anti- comintern , as signed by Ambassador  Mushakoji the Japanese side, and Ambassador Von Ribbentrop the German side , to ensure that the Pact content from  three articles with a complementary protocol was signed on the same day . in fact the anti comintern agreement was a brief and no more than three short articles, but its importance lies in constructive basis for strong relations between the Germans and the Japanese, and was the basis for the formation of the  Rome- Berlin-Tokyo Axis, and  The tripartite pact in 1941 , which allowed the two countries to work quickly to implement their Aim expansionist Japan in undeclared war on China in 1937, and political annexation of the German minority in the European country that followed Hitler after 1938
