تحمل الاختلاف لدى تدريسيي جامعة بغداد

يعرف تحمل الاختلاف بقابلية الفرد على تقبل الافكار والآراء والمعتقدات المختلفة من الاخرين ، وقدرته على تجنب الخلاف والصرعات . هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على تحمل الاختلاف لدى تدريسي جامعة بغداد وفق متغيري الجنس والتخصص ، تم ترجمة مقياس تحمل الاختلاف والمكون من (15) فقرة من اللغة العربية الى الانكليزية والعكس واستخراج صدق الترجمة فضلا عن الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء. وثبات الذي بلغ 0.924 بمعادلة الفا كرونباك Cronbach’s Alpha . تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (200) تدريسي ، (85) اناث و(115) ذكور من الاقسام العلمية والانسانية . اظهرت النتائج بتحليل التباين الثنائي عدم وجود فروق دالة عند مستوى 0.05 في تحمل الاختلاف وفق متغير الجنس والتخصص ،خرجت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات .
