Changing the semantic meanings of words when they are used in modern Russian political speech

the research theme is dedicated to the study of semantic changes the meaning of words when used in modern speech. In modern Russian language the word evolve quickly, and changes according to its meaning and its surrounding events. Here we chose one word to be studied and placed under surveillance to see what changes occur when you use the word in modern literary discourse and that Word is "war", and how to use them, and what are their meanings and what are their significance and impact on the world around us. Analyse the concept and meaning of the birth of words is a natural consequence of human practices.
