Search deals by theoretical part with statistical & mathematical Technology and its role in classical approaches and climatological geography studies improvements and focused on quantitative consideration -at differences types- in process ,exposure and inference receiving via concentrate on seven pivot in earlier conception constitution and determine aims and efforts of statistical methods and means at weather , climate research and studies accurately and trying to view characteristics and features of the earlier approaches and compared with other narrative . In other practical part of the research the analysis and interpretation for climate major element records ( solar radiation , maximum & minimum temperature , wind & pressure , humidity , rainfall & evaporation ) was considered at -Karballa- station in the middle of Iraq to initial procedure of data statistical side as probability & frequency distributions , correlation & regression and its illustration and obvious means to supply the aim of this research which conclude quantitative conclusion like statistical & mathematical correlations & formulations represent temporal variation (monthly precisely) to climate elements at period ( 1995-2013) at same station .
