The history of Sumerian civilization in the middle of the fourth millennium BC was a cultural leap and established the first civilized society in history, the foundation of its history through the activity of the movement of the ideas of transformation and renewal rapidly, full of innovations and innovations. In the city of Warka we emerged two important inventions that had a significant impact on the evolution of human life They are represented by cylindrical writing and seals. To the extent that these two inventions represent a great knowledge triumph, they have reduced the history of humanity from loss. They are the first activation of human thought when the concepts of social thought were drilled on clay and seemed to be eternal concepts of vitality. As a reference to guide the group, and consider it a discourse of deliberation to become the result of the cultural thought transmitted by the university for future generations. And as any invention seems at first simple, although it is the greatest intellectual victory in the history of knowledge and inspired by the effective reflection of the experiences of the advances of the values of knowledge of material culture and spiritual culture and the means of creation and use and transfer as a community achievement during the course of history as a legacy of continuing and transfer and development of this legacy to achieve the approach of root successor in the forefathers Transcended by temporal dimension remains inspirational and motivating for contemporary generations as a common cultural heritage and cultural heritage inherent as a picture of human and intellectual reality in Iraq.
