Abstract

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal of Prophets and Messengers Our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

Historical studies, especially in the Islamic eras, meant giving the economic side a clear attention as the lifeblood of the Arab Islamic state, especially in the Abbasid period, when the Abbasid state reached the stage of political, social, cultural and economic maturity.There is no doubt that the book of money for Ibn Zanjwiya   (p. 251 e) and despite being a book of Hadith but it contains economic information related to Islamic jurisprudence and enter the subject of the Islamic economy, such as wealth and reward, abscess, Zakat, The resources of the Muslim house of money depends mainly on the foyer, which is money taken from the polytheists without fighting such as the Algerian and the abscess and the blackness taken from their trade and left him panic and escape, such as the funds of Fedek and Bani Nadeer and others. As well as on the booty, which is the money obtained by the Muslims from the enemies fighting and be ordered to the Prophet (r) divided by five: four fifths of the soldiers and five to be the Prophet (r). And the spoils of money in the battle of Badr and the trench and the opening of Mecca and others. Later, the stability of the Arab Islamic state, the opening of Iraq and the Levant and the rejuvenation of Islamic cities became the Arab-Islamic state. Many of the agricultural lands became an important resource for the state, which is located on agricultural land.In addition to other resources, the house of money, such as zakat and charity, which was imposed on the money of the Muslims and the island on the heads of the Dhimmah, was provided.
